Data Default Value Changes From 'N/A' to '0' After Upgrade To 12.2.6 (Doc ID 2429604.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from 7.3 to 12.2.6 the default value of the level changes from 'N/A' to '0' in the staging table,
because of which one can see a lot of new records getting created in Demantra and this is numbers at higher levels.
