Pin_rel Sessions Locking Each Other

Goal
An issue was in pin_rel, where 4 files being loaded at the same time created a sort of deadlock: each of the sessions was waiting for the other 3 to finish, printing into logs "Process still in loading state; status: 48". This continues until timeout. When the files are loaded separately, it takes no time to load them.
