Stores in "Available Stores" Column During Priduct Group Scheule Creation are not Sorted by Store Id or Store Name (Doc ID 2429647.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 01, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management - Version 14.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, find that, when creating a Product Group Schedule (PGS), the order of stores displayed in the "Available Locations" is sorted by alpha numeric characters. Also find that, stores that are marked as non-active (new stores which are not yet operational, stores that are closed) are also listed.

Steps to recreate:

1. Ensure there are over 200 stores available in SIM and are marked as SIM managed stores
2. Create a Unit (or Unit and Amount) product group for all stores
3. Create a PGS for the above stock count and note the following:
   a. In the "Available Stores" pane, note that stores are sorted by alpha numeric characters
   b. Stores that are not active are also listed in the pane
