Symptoms

When performing the following steps in DMW 2.4.7 or less:

STEPS
1. Perform an Excel export from Listings or Discrepancy page
2. Leave the page idle for some time (5 mins) without doing any action.
3. Navigate to some other screen in DMW.

ERROR
500 - Internal Server Error

This is occurring even after setting-up the Session Time Out as 90 minutes as per Doc ID 1682998.1 DMW: How to Change the Timeout Settings for DMW (If The Application Has Been Deployed)?
