ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User SYSUSER is not authorized to access the script: Raise Synchronization Alert.

We are getting error "User SYSUSER is not authorized to access the script: Raise Synchronization Alert." for batch job M1-RSIBP.
The SYSUSER is in user group "ALL SERVICES" and "ALL SERVICES" has full access to application service F1-DFLTAPS.
