"Calling POSIX::tmpnam() is deprecated" Error During ces_setup.ces (Doc ID 2430964.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Installation

When running the ces_setup.ces we are getting the following in the log file.

 
ERROR:

Calling POSIX::tmpnam() is deprecated at /users/nms230/nms/product/2.3.0.2/bin/ces_apply_migrations.ces line 1229.
Database release level: 23.0.0
Source release level: 23.0.0
Searching for new or updated migrations...
I/O error: Cannot run program "/users/nms230/migration/scripts/<project>_migration_1.ces": error=2, No such file or directory
utility-apply-migrations.sh -before failed
ERROR ces_setup.ces terminated



STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run ces_setup.ces
2. Note error in the setup.log
