Documents Removed From Source Project After Baseline Is Deleted Or If A Copy/Paste of Project Is Deleted When Using WCCC Content Repository (Doc ID 2430969.1)

Symptoms

Using Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (P6 EPPM) with Oracle Webcenter Content Core Capabilities (WCCC) configured as a Content Repository:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
If a) a project contains both documents and a baseline, and the baseline is deleted from the project or b) a project which contains documents is copy pasted to create a new project and the new project is deleted, the documents from the source project (project for which the baseline exists or the project used to create a new project via copy/paste) are no longer visible from the Documents tab in P6.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
If a project a) contains both documents and a baseline, and the baseline is deleted from the project or b) a project which contains documents is copy pasted to create a new project and the new project is deleted, the documents from the source project (project for which the baseline exists or the project used to create a new project via copy/paste) should not be removed from the project.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

For Baseline Deletion:

  1. Login to P6
  2. Create a new project:
    1. Click Project link
    2. Click EPS sublink
    3. Click scrollwheel > Add Project
    4. Provide Project ID/Name then click Create
  3. Add a document to new project:
    1. Click Documents link
    2. On Project tab, high-light project and click Add Document
    3. In the upload window, browse to location of a file to upload
    4. Click Upload
  4. Create a baseline on new project:
    1. Browse to Activities subtab
    2. Click Actions > Define Baseline
    3. Click Add in the Define Baselines window
    4. Once the baseline is created, close the Define Baselines window
  5. Add a second document to project (this step can be optional):
    1. Click Documents link
    2. On Project tab, high-light project and click Add Document
    3. In the upload window, browse to location of a file to upload
    4. Click Upload
  6. Delete the baseline created in step 4:
    1. Browse to Activities subtab
    2. Click Actions > Define Baseline
    3. Expand the project and highlight the baseline
    4. Click the scroll wheel then Delete
    5. In the Delete Confirmation, click Yes
    6. Click Save in the Define Baseline Window
    7. Close the Define Baseline window
  7. Confirm results of uploaded documents in P6 EPPM:
    1. Click Documents link
    2. Expand the project open
    3. Note that none of the previously uploaded documents are displayed
  8. Confirm results of uploaded documents in WCCC:
    1. Login to WCCC
    2. Expand Browse Content grouping
    3. Expand Folders > $DocLibraryRoot > PrimaveraP6 > Projects
    4. Click the hyperlink for the project ID utilized in the testing above
    5. Note that none of the previously uploaded documents are present in the project folder
    6. Expand Content Management grouping
    7. Click Expired Content link
    8. Note that the previously uploaded documents are listed in the 'Expired Content' grouping.

For Copy/Paste deletion:

  1. Create a project
  2. Click documents link and add documents to project created in step 1
  3. Copy/Paste the project (with documents option selected)
  4. Open the copy/pasted project
  5. Click documents tab
  6. Delete the copy/pasted project (from EPS page)
  7. Click documents tab
  8. Note that the documents are not present on the source
