All Store Replenishment Gets "Some error has occurred. Error received is:null. Please contact System Administrator"

If user is selecting all stores while creating replenishment, application is throwing following error:
"Some error has occurred. Error received is : null. Please contact System Administrator"
Steps to Reproduce:
Create replenishment for an item by selecting all locations.
