NO TN FOUND ERROR Unable To Find Any Available Numbers (Doc ID 2431682.1)

Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, Engineering


ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:

When an MSS user try  to Recall a TN with max suffix status as X(Unavailable ) and has previous suffix as T(Transitional).
MSS does not give us the TN in Unassigned status when the TN is recalled .It just places the TN with "Transitional" status into Unavaliable status.
 
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
----------------------------

When the scenario is as below and if a user Recalls the TN in Transitional status a new Tn-suffix should get generated with “Unassigned” and the one having Transitional status should become “Unavailable”.
The user should not have to Recall twice for this to happen.


STEPS

Try recalling a number in MSS GUI which has the following scenario:

      TN        Suffix  Status               Type

1234567890  1   Unavailable      NPOUT
