Schedule Allocations With Status 'Schedule Error' Cannot Be Edited (Doc ID 2431920.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 05, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Allocation - Version 14.0.2 to 14.0.4 [Release 14.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When trying to change data in a Schedule Allocation with the status 'Schedule Error', the system does not save the data.  Copy Allocation to create a new allocation is not permitted. The allocation can be edited, but the changes are not saved in the database.  After saving and opening again, the original values are displayed.

1. Create a Schedule Allocation
2. Create a condition for the scheduled allocation to go into "Schedule Error" status
3. Open the allocation - Note that Copy Allocation is not possible and any changes to the parameters are not saved.
