'Client received SOAP Fault from server...Subquery returned more than 1 value' Error When Attempting to Print, Preview or Email (Doc ID 2432145.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to print, preview, or email in Contract Management, the following error occurs:

Client received SOAP Fault from server: oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::due to oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.sql.SQLException: [Hyperion][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.

The error may look like:

Client received SOAP Fault from server: oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [/US Sql/Forms/SUB/F_SUB_01.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.sql.SQLException: [Hyperion][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
