Performance Issue While Performing Stock Counts For Multiple Stores At A Time Triggering ORA-00060: Deadlock (Doc ID 2432361.1)

While performing stock counts for multiple stores at a time, after scanning the item it takes more than 30 seconds to display counted quantity update screen.
Deadlock error could be found in sim.log file

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create unguided unit stock count for multiple stores (example: +4000 items)
  2. Take snapshot. Start counting in multiple stores.
  3. Notice that it takes 30 seconds or more after scanning the item on hand held (HH) device to display the windows for updating the quantity window.
