Records in PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET Table Are Not Purged by Batch Purgepricechangeworksheet

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) PurgePriceChangeWorksheet Batch does not purge the PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET records.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Set DAYS_TO_HOLD_PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET parameter to 0 (for different parameter value query at 2. should be changed as well);
UPDATE CONFIG_SYSTEM SET value = 0 WHERE NAME ='DAYS_TO_HOLD_PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET';
2. Confirm, that there are price change worksheet records (PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET table) to be purged;
3. Backup the PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET and ITEM_PRICE tables (or at least count the records number).
4. Execute the PurgePriceChangeWorksheet Batch without parameter.
Note that the PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET table is not affected, while ITEM_PRICE table lost records with IDs from step (2).
