Records in PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET Table Are Not Purged by Batch Purgepricechangeworksheet (Doc ID 2432535.1)

Symptoms

The Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) PurgePriceChangeWorksheet Batch does not purge the PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET records.  

Steps to Recreate:

1. Set DAYS_TO_HOLD_PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET parameter to 0 (for different parameter value query at 2. should be changed as well);


3. Backup the PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET and ITEM_PRICE tables (or at least count the records number).
4. Execute the PurgePriceChangeWorksheet Batch without parameter.

Note that the PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET table is not affected, while ITEM_PRICE table lost records with IDs from step (2).
