Symptoms

When trying to view a PDF Portfolio file, AutoVue instead displays a screen that says:

"For the best experience, open this PDF portfolio in Acrobat 9 or Adobe Reader 9, or later."

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a PDF Portfolio file in AutoVue.
  2. Notice the file is not displaying, instead there is a message that says "For the best experience, open this PDF portfolio in Acrobat 9 or Adobe Reader 9, or later."
