Symptoms

LSH 2.2.3, you notice that a SAS Program with more than 120 target tables with 150+ columns each results in an error during job Pre-Execution Function:

Error Code: -6502:: Error Description: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small::15:

STEPS TO REPLICATE
===================
1) Create SAS Program
2) Create target table descriptor from the SAS Datasets (supplied by the vendor, for example Rave).  There are more than 120 table descriptors created and each has 150+ columns.
3) Create table instance from descriptor.
4) Install the program
5) Submit the program.
6) You see the error message in the log file.
