On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, ENV - Environment
we followed the Admin Guide v2.5 to insert conversion data , we succeed inserting person , account and service point
when we tried to insert service agreement it passed the validation and the key assignment but during the insertion batch CIPVSVAI it completed with 0 record processed.
we checked the log for the insertion we noticed that the insert statement for CX_SA view is joining with CK_SA_REL table that we are not using.
The SA type that we are using is E-RES of the demo environment and it is not using the SA relationship and we confirmed we have run all the steps for validation and key generation and it all run successfully.
