After executing the “Optimize Prices” custom menu, there are several review information that allows the users to understand the impact of changing the current price to the recommended price, under the “Recommendation and What-If” step. This will be useful to understand if the proposed changes make sense in the overall plan.
Once the review is done, the user goes to the screen to recommend the price and executes the “Recommend/Approve Price”. Then, a new user will come into Retail Regular Price Optimization (RPO) and open the same Scenario Group in the “Price Analysis” workbook to approve the recommended price. But, when that approval user opens that Scenario Group, the review information generated by the previous user is not available and therefore cannot be used by the approver to take the decision on whether to do it or not.
