Data Upload Status Shown as 'Processing Successfully' While Uploading Any Template With Duplicate Records

When user trying to upload consecutive duplicate records using base and custom template loader in RMS (Retail Merchandising System), upload status is showing as "Processed Successfully" instead of "Processed with errors". However when trying to upload non-consecutive duplicate records, correct status "Processed with Errors" is encountered, saying that some records are duplicates. But application should throw error as 'Duplicate records' for non consecutive codes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to RMS .
2. Navigation, Tasks > Foundation Data > Data Loading > Upload Data.
3. Upload Codes and Description file.
Template Type: Administration
Template: Codes and Description
4. Observe the above error.
Note: In excel that’s a limitation that if consecutive records are duplicate , system shows processed successfully but one record would get successfully inserted. The process will error out only when duplicates are present in Non-Consecutive Rows.
