TSFDETAIL.TSF_PRICE populate wrongly for IC transfer when using RMSSUB_XTSF.CONSUME Package.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Call the RMSSUB_XTSF.CONSUME procedure with more than one Items for Warehouse to Store transfer.
2. Check the Transfer type for the new transfer created by the package. Transfer type should be 'IC'.
3. Check the TSFDETAIL.TSF_PRICE for all the Items.
4. TSFDETAIL.TSF_PRICE populated same for all the Items but TSFDETAIL.TSF_PRICE should be AV_COST of each Items.
