Unable to login OFSAA Application after upgrading OFSAA 18.104.22.168 via Patch 27504805 - CONSOLIDATED FIXES OF ALL ISSUES IDENTIFIED IN AAI COMPONENTS POST 8051 ML
None of the users can log into the OFSAA application anymore. When users attempt to login, error message is being displayed on the screen.
Login was not allowed either while using decrypted credentials data from database.
When verifying installation logs, ORA-01000 error message was found while executing saltuserprofiles.sh script. saltuserprofiles.sh script seems to have been run successfully for only 1000 of the total users.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply Patch 27504805.
- Check whether there are any login issues in the environment.
