Symptoms

Active Standby Shifts missing from CDI Scheduling Gantt

Crew Shifts that are In Service are not showing on the Scheduling Gantt. Multiple Dispatchers have reported that Crews show for the regular day Shift, but when they start their evening Standby Shifts, they are never shown on the Gantt.

Work is still assigned and dispatched by ORS, the Crew Shifts just fail to show on the CDI.
