Symptoms
**Disclaimer:** This KM article may include the following abbreviations:
CDI - Contexts and Dependency Injection
MWM - Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management
(a) Crew Shifts with 'Not Allowed' Service Classes missing from CDI Scheduling Gantt AND (b) Dispatcher can view Crew Shifts on CDI Scheduling Gantt with no Active Dispatcher Shift
(a) Adding a Not Allowed Service Class (perhaps specific ones, not all Service Classes) removes the Shift from the Scheduling gantt. This is easily recreated to remove Shifts from the Gantt.
Users have also found this error in the application logs associated with this bug:
(b) On 4/24/18, a dispatcher reported that he had not logged onto a dispatcher shift and yet was able to view crew shifts on the CDI Scheduling Gantt.
Upon further investigation, we found that his last dispatcher shift ended on 4/23/18 2:39 pm. The dispatcher shift scope table had entries for this dispatcher as of 4/25/18 at 4:18 pm.
The dispatcher shift scope controls what the user views in the CDI Scheduling Gantt. The entries in the table m1_disp_shift_scope table should be cleared after the dispatcher shift is ended
