Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Primavera P6 unable to produce color printouts to Xerox Printer.

When color print jobs are selected prior to printing, the output is black and white.

Alternatively, if the default printer setting is color, the printer output will be in color, when black and white was selected in P6 Professional.
