Goal
As per the EMA R3 guidelines Study Registration Number(C.5.1.r.1) should accept 50 characters.
However the Argus Application is only accepting 35 characters.
In the Database, the data type of field LM_STUDY_REFERENCES.REFERENCE is set to varchar2( 50) however the limitation is within the Argus UI.
