Symptoms
IMD Query timed out issue while doing "Perform Additional Mapping" in IMD (Initial Load IMD Scalar)
ERROR

ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Scalar IMD payload is submitted.
2. IMD gets created in PENDING
3. Clicking on Perform Additional Mapping, page hangs and after sometime shows "Query Timed out"
