Essbase Cube Screen Fails to Load with Error 'Certificate does not specify OCSP responder' (Doc ID 2434864.1)

Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Financial Performance Analytics (EFPA) 8.0.x, in Unified Analytical Metadata > Essbase Cube, when attempting to open the Essbase Cube screen, the following error occurs at the top of the screen:

The following Application Error pop-up appears also:

ClassNotFoundException

umm.bi.ClsUBndBIApplet.class

Finally, the following error is output to the Java Console:

security: Failing over to CRLs: Certificate does not specify OCSP responder
ui: missing resource: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle com.sun.deploy.resources.Deployment, key Revocation Status Unknown
