Replacing an Equipment Associated to a Network Element is not Deleting the Replaced Element after Process Completion (Doc ID 2434921.1)

Symptoms

CURRENT BEHAVIOR

Equipment Replace Not Deleting Element

When changing a piece of equipment with a network element associated, and a new spec is chosen, the element should be deleted.
The element is not deleted when the tool completes.

All other fields that are transferred from the old to the new can be deleted/changed when the new spec is selected and show up the way we want them after the tool changes the equipment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After equipment change, the replaced element should be deleted.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Replace an equipment with a network element associated;
2. Delete the element when a new spec is selected,;
3. The element is not deleted when the replacement process completes.

BUSINESS IMPACT

After equipment change, the element should be deleted.
