MSCAUTP: Continuous Collections randomly fails due Continuous Collection Workers completing with following error:

I have tried several things to solve the issue without any success:
1. MSC: Enable Advanced Queues for Planning to Yes at site level on destination -> That was already set correctly
2. Workaround as per Bug 16484522: Set the profile MSC:Coll Error Debug Mode to 'OFF'
3. Set the profile MRP:Purge Batch Size to 500000
