Symptoms

The Hide/Display Fault Locations from Fault condition in the Viewer is unloading the maps leaving a blank display.

A new feature was added with 2.3.0.2.3 to have the ability to Hide/Display Fault locations from the SCADA device in the viewer which has a Fault condition on it.   When the user tries to display fault locations in the viewer from Fault condition, the map gets unloaded in the viewer and doesn't reload again leaving a blank screen or display with no maps showing up.

EXPECTED
The viewer should not unload when this option is selected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Web Workspace
2. Select a FLA event from the Work agenda
3. Target and make sure the Scada device for this FLA event is highlighted in the viewer
4. Select the Fault Condition on the device, right click and select display fault locations
5. Observe the map in the Viewer is unloaded
