Symptoms

When a note is created in OMA that has a text greater than the size of the text column for notes, no error is issued to notify the user of the problem. Is there a way to add a callback on that function to prevent the note from appearing to be sent when the text was too long?

You are also running in to the same issue on damage assessments as well, where users submitted damage assessments and they weren't showing up. Believe the length to also be the cause.

Expected an error to be issued to the user to notify them of the problem with the submission.
