Symptoms

LSH 2.4.7, users are encountering the following error message:


ERROR

'DMW-###: user "<User_Name" does not have permission create Work area on object '<Work Area Object>'  (Where ### is an incrementing number)


STEPS TO REPLICATE
===================
o User_Name is assigned to user group (<UG1>) and <UG1> is assigned to <Study1>.
o <UG1> access has been revoked from <Study1> in Production Life Cycle.
o User_Name is trying to create data model in DEV Lifecycle and results in the aforementioned error.
o You believe that User_Name should have access only to DEV and QC lifecycle of <Study1>.
o You believe that User_Name should be able to create data model in DEV and QC lifecycle of <Study1>.
o If <UG1> has not been revoked from Production Lifecycle of <Study1>, User_Name is able to create data model in Dev lifecycle.
