WipEdit Plug-in Unable to Save or Complete a Transaction in IPPS (Doc ID 2436194.1)

Symptoms

Currently users are unable to save to WIP or complete a transaction, whereas the system should allow the recording of transactions entered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter data in the forms.
2. Save the forms data.
3. System displays a blank pop-up window and the data is not getting saved in IPPS.
