Incorrect Result When Searching by Lock User Is Not Null (Doc ID 2436348.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Query with General Information.Lock User Is Not Null returns unexpected result.
It will return both projects those are locked and not locked.

Expected Behavior

Query with General Information.Lock User Is Not Null to return only locked project

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Web Client, and create several projects, PROJ001, PROJ002, PROJ003
  2. Open PROJ002, and open Gantt Chart in Full Lock mode, and keep it opened
  3. Login to Web Client as user1, and configure Advanced Search for Project with below criteria:
    General Information.Lock User Is Not Null
  4. Click Format, and add General Information.Lock User attribute
  5. Run Advanced Search
    Result: It returns unlocked project as well (General Information.Lock User attribute is null for some projects)
