OSM 7.3.5 Supports Being Installed On GPFS Mounted File Systems On AIX (Doc ID 2436394.1)

Goal

Is OSM 7.3.5 supported when installed on GPFS mounted file systems on AIX?

Currently planning a new OSM architecture to be implemented on AIX 7.1. The domain home will be installed on network storage, mounted on the server using the GPFS protocol.

GPFS was chosen because is the preferred option for AIX 7.1 architecture performance.

After reviewing the OSM and Fusion Middleware documentation and we are not finding any reference on that network file system. Also on Oracle Support we have not seen either no issues related with them.

Please confirm if there are any issues identified on the use of GPFS in an OSM installation?
