TMS Report URL Has The Wrong Address (Doc ID 2436450.1)

When trying to run a TMS report, it runs and comes up with an error in browser such as:

The page cannot be displayed, due to the following error: null

Observation: the URL which is getting opened in the browser for the report is using a different server name.
