Translations Missing in ALC Screen (Doc ID 2436612.1)

Symptoms

On the ALC screen, shipment column header is displayed in English instead of the designated language.

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Login into RMS.
2. Setup the environment to Polish language.
3. Navigate to ALC screen and identify the Shipment column is displayed in English.
