Right Clicking in the Viewer Starts to Make Devices Disappear, or If Targeting from Switching the Wrong Device Is Targeted (Doc ID 2436687.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

After right clicking in the viewer a large number of times devices start to disappear. The popup menu will appear, but if you choose one of the options you get an error.

Also there is an issue where targeting from the switch plan request tab does not always work. If you have a few switch plans open and target from the request tab on one, scroll around a bit, load another map, and then select target from the request tab on another plan, it does not always work. Sometimes it will focus on the device from the previous plan.
