Error 'java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/oracle/bsp/Database/JDBCConnection' Starting Weblogic for BSP (Doc ID 2436717.1)

For Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP), after installing a BSP 8.0.2.x Patch, you cannot start Weblogic for the BSP environment.

After running, the following error occurs in the Planning0.log when starting Weblogic:

As a result of this error, you cannot start the BSP environment.
