Symptoms

"java.lang.SecurityException: attempted to open sandboxed jar http://<server_name>:5098/AutoVue/jvue.jar as a Trusted-Library" error error happens while opening file through AutoVue on below environments:


Steps to reproduce:

Case 1:

  1. Install AutoVue 21.0.1.5
  2. Use Java JRE 7
  3. Try to load a file in AutoVue

Case 2;

  1. Install AutoVue 20.2.3
  2. Apply <patch 27409088>
  3. Use Java JRE 6
  4. Try to load a file in AutoVue
