Purchase Order Filter Fails With 'Severe System Error' When A Certain Number Of Records Are Displayed

When attempting to locate POs using the filter , the following error occurs in Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM).
Severe System Error occurred at <DATE TIME>. Please contact system administrator.
Steps to Reproduce :
select store_id, count(*) from purchase_order where status = 4 group by store_id order by 2 desc;
1. Sign into SIM and change to appropriate location (13808050 in this example)
2. Navigate to Shipping/Receiving, Purchase Order
3. Select Filter
4. Change Status to: Completed (Also happens when All is selected ) and press Apply
