Goal

After upgrading to Argus Insight 8.1.2, why does the Initial ETL intermittently pause with the following errors:

Table Name: p_create_object_from_saved_ddl
Description: Creating constraint pk_rpt_reg_reports failed
Error Description: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
ORA-06512: at "APR_MART.PKG_PWR_UTIL", line 3557
ORA-06512: at "APR_MART.PKG_PWR_UTIL", line 4002


Table Name: p_create_object_from_saved_ddl
Description: Error while executing intiial etl procedure - p_create_object_from_saved_ddl
Error Description: ORA-20010:
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
ORA-06512: at "APR_MART.PKG_PWR_UTIL", line 3557
ORA-06512: at "APR_MART.PKG_PWR_UTIL", line 4002
