Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, BI - Billing

Billing _ INIT-SQ is not numeric.

While doing Billing, Bill segments are going to error giving error message "INIT-SQ is not numeric".
In the Rate schedule using SQ rules and SQ Rule has SQ Algorithm Type "CV" (Characteristic Value Algorithm), and using SQ Rule to retrieve characteristics defined on account to SQI.
