Create Table Descriptor from a SAS Data File fails with 'java.sql.SQLException: Overflow Exception' (Doc ID 2437562.1)

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 2.2.3 version,

When attempting to create a Table Descriptor from a SAS data file,
the following error occurs:


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to a Work Area;
2. Create a SAS loadset: LS_sf
3. Under Table Descriptor, select "Add Target From: File"
4. Choose the file sf.sas7bdat for the 2nd option, then click on "Apply".
5. The following error message is received:
  oracle.jbo.domain.GenericDomainException: JBO-25028: Number.intValue Creation Error :java.sql.SQLException: Overflow Exception
