Reproduce Steps
---------------------------------------------------
Steps To Recreate
1. Create and save a billable charge for an account
2. On the Read details, add a read without SP Id and Register IDs. Click save
3. Add another line for read details with SP Id but without Register IDs. Click save
Actual Result:Error encoutered --
Unexpected error.
