Symptoms

When attempting to connect to the P6 (web) login page over a non-SSL protocol, the browser redirects to an SSL protocol and generates the following error on page preventing access to the application:

This page can't be displayed.

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to again.
If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4, which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a browser
2. Enter the P6 (web) non-ssl URL (ie, http://server:port/p6)
3. Note that the browser redirects to an SSL protocol with the noted error on page
