Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.7.2 version, Rating business logic

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ECE is not generating Mid Session CDRs based on Duration and timeofDay for Data session. It is working for Quantity based usage and it is generating .out files whenever it crosses the specified quantity. But it is not working for Duration and timeofDay.

SCENARIO
-----------------------
For example, below settings are done using Jconsole for Duration based usage, to generate mid-session CDR:

1. Update midSessionCdrConfiguration and set durationUnit = "MINUTES" and durationValue="5"
      {ProductType=TelcoGprs}={{EventType=EventDelayedSessionTelcoGprs}={TriggerName=DataTrigger,quantityFields=TOTAL_VOLUME,quantityUnit=Bytes,quantityValue=,timeOfDay=,durationUnit=MINUTES,durationValue=5}}
2. Initiate Gy session
3. Send Update Session after 5 mins

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to generate the .out files. Same behavior is expected for timeofDay.
