Symptoms

A performance issue during report generation was observed due to the mapping code for the DTD Elements DOCHELDBYSENDER (C.1.6.1.r) and LITERATUREREFERENCES (C.4.r) that have logic to check if E2B attachments were sent in a previous submission.

This issue was observed in eVAERS, eMDR, E2B(R3) - EMA and PMDA reports.
