Symptoms
Server restart fails with <Store> <BEA-280060> error:
<Emergency> <Store> <BEA-280060> <The store "_WLS_uim_admin_server" encountered a fatal error, and it must be shut down: weblogic.store.PersistentStoreFatalException: [Store:280105]The persistent file store "_WLS_uim_admin_server" cannot open file _WLS_UIM_ADMIN_SERVER000000.DAT.
