TASK_LOG_DETAILS For The Drop-off Of A CR PICK Has The Wrong ITEM Being Captured (Doc ID 2438334.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 29, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 16.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When doing a CR pick where the full key was pressed after the first pick in order to put this one directly away, the TASK_LOG_DETAILS.capture_dropoff has the next ITEM ID that would have been picked, and not the correct item that was put away to the forward picking location.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Prepare data for CR picking in LR=Y, LP=N environment.
2. Perform the first pick onto the pick pallet.
3. When the next pick is displayed, F5-full to indicate the pallet is full in order to drop-off the pallet directly to the PICK_FROM_LOC  table.
4. Look at the TASK_LOG_DETAILS captured dropoff record and note the ITEM ID being captured for the record is for the next CR pick and not the one that was picked and put to the location.
