Request Search By User Not Working (Doc ID 2438359.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.6.0.1.0 against FW v4.3.0.4, Request Search results is not filtered by "User ID" value.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
When using the "Request Type and User Details" query zone and User ID is provided as a filter criterion, the results for Requests are not returned as expected. However, when the User ID is not provided as an input, the results are displayed as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Results should be filtered based on the value entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to “Financial > Request > Search”.
2) Select “Request Type and User Details” zone.
3) Choose a Request Type and optionally choose “Show All Requests” flag. The results are displayed as expected.
4) Now Enter a value in “User ID” field to filter out records and notice that it shows 0 results.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use User ID field to filter records as needed.
